Changes to Patient Billing Cessation of Bulk Billing

Medicare rebates are insufficient to allow our practice to survive. We no longer

Bulk-Bill medical GP consultations.

The reality is that it is not possible for this practice to meet it's running costs each

year without increasing our fees.

The fees charged by this practice must cover all our practice costs including

employing receptionists and meeting our operating expenses such as rent, medical

equipment, electricity, and insurance.

We understand this may not be feasible for some patients and Dr. Tom is happy to facilitate a

move to a new doctor of your choice by providing them with your existing medical

records.
